Our assignments come from a variety of sources including appraisal management companies (AMCs), real estate brokers, attorneys, and direct from property owners. For each assignment, we identify the intended user, intended use, determine the scope of work, confirm the fee, and establish the payment method. This initial step concludes with scheduling the property inspection at a time that is convenient for all parties involved.
